Diana had previously slammed the affair between Charles and Camilla that carried on while the now-King was still married to her.
In her notorious Panorama interview that aired the year before her and Charles’s divorce she told host Martin Bashir: “Well, there were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded.”
However Ms Bond told Sky News: “I will just say about Camilla that I sat with Diana in her drawing room and talked about Camilla.
“And Camilla, in Diana’s view, had been loyal, discreet, and deserved some form of recognition. Well, she is going to get it on Saturday.”
The King and Queen have been attending rehearsals at Westminster Abbey to make sure they are as prepared as possible for the big day.

Camilla’s grandsons and her great-nephew will serve as her Pages of Honour at the service tomorrow, with Prince George acting as one for his grandfather the King.
Charles and Prince William were said to be keen for the young royal to get involved as he will one day ascend to the throne himself.

Prince William is also set to pay tribute to his father and stepmother with a “heartfelt and loving” speech after the Coronation Concert on Sunday at Windsor Castle.
This is in stark contrast to his brother Prince Harry, who heavily criticised Camilla along with many other senior royals in his controversial memoir Spare.
A royal source said: “William feels entirely differently to his brother on these matters. His speech will be heartfelt and loving, paying tribute to his father as a man of principle who has also devoted himself to duty and to the causes he believes in.
“The Prince also feels it is important to pay tribute to how Camilla has dedicated herself to causes and has made a real difference to many in her royal role and also contributing to his father’s happiness.”
