Meghan Markle heartbreak: Duchess and Prince Harry ‘teary eyed’ during ‘sad’ royal goodbye

During the Royally Obsessed podcast, hosts Rachel Bowie and Roberta Fiorito discussed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s appearance at the Mountbatten Festival of Music. It marked one of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s last engagements as senior royals. Ms Bowie claimed both Meghan and Harry were “sad” to leave their positions from the Royal Family.
Ms Bowie said regarding Prince Harry: “He looked very emotional at the Mountbatten Festival of Music, one of their last events as royals.
“When they received a standing ovation, people thought Harry looked a little teary-eyed.”
Ms Fiorito replied: “He looked very choked-up.
“I think that it was so obvious that that is something that was so meaningful to him.

“I also think it was interesting because the book also shares that fact for Meghan this was their final event as senior royals when they were saying goodbye to everything and she also had a teary goodbye.
“It’s a very sad goodbye.”
Ms Bowie added: “There’s so much insight now into these last events.
“I think it really sheds a lot of light on how they were feeling.
“They really were sad to leave their positions, it wasn’t an easy choice for them at all.”
The pair were discussing claims in a new tell-all biography on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, titled Finding Freedom.
During the Royally Obsessed podcast, the commentators also discussed “Russian hackers” stealing personal photos from the couple.
Ms Bowie said: “We know that Russian hackers stole personal photos from Harry and Meghan.”
Ms Fiorito replied: “Yeah, they lifted them right off their wedding photographer’s computer.

“They hacked right into, this is a problem!
“It is insane, they were very upset about it.”
Ms Bowie said: “They were posted on Tumblr and people thought they were photoshopped.
“But I guess they were real.”
