Man finds ‘world’s biggest Frazzle’ inside packet of crisps
This frazzled worker got more than he bargained for after finding a ginormous crisp in his snack.
Sean Stewart could well have found the world’s biggest Frazzle, which was three times the length of the standard snack.
Sean purchased the bacon-flavoured crisp as part of a £1 multipack from Iceland in Glasgow’s West End on Monday.
The 22-year-old took to Twitter to announce his delight and posted a picture with the caption: ‘Check the size a this frazzle man.
‘Am frazzled looking at it.’
The tweet quickly clocked up more than 7,000 likes and prompted a debate at just how a crisp that size could even fit in the bag.
Sean, from Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire, replied: ‘The bag was already open and it was poking out.
‘Was raging. Thought it would be soggy when a pulled this out – a Mary Poppins bag a Frazzles.’
The supersized snack caused some disbelief among social media users.
Rhodri Wyn Jones said: ‘I can’t understand how this is possible. Unless you’ve grafted one frazzle to another to make one big super frazzle?!’
@akira-direwolf commented: ‘That’s got to be a Guinness world record of a Frazzle.’
While @conorbrn added simply: ‘That is class.’
Frazzles were first produced in the UK in 1975 by Smiths but are now made by Walkers.
Despite being bacon-flavoured, the corn-based crisps are suitable for vegetarians.
