In the Irish Independent of 29 January 2016 and on our website we published an article concerning Mr Pat Lyons and his business East River (Men’s, Ladies’ & Home Interiors) Church Street, Listowel, Co. Kerry.

We accept that any implication that Mr Lyons acted improperly was without foundation. The Irish Independent wishes to apologise for any damage to Pat Lyons’ reputation and for any stress and hardship caused to him and his business East River.
